“No live data”
A car park's counter has not changed for over 24 hours. The app hides the number until the counter moves again; the details and directions still work.
Closed, but open 24 hours?
“Closed right now” is the live status from the car park. The opening hours are what the operator publishes. If in doubt, trust the signs on site.
Choosing Apple Maps or Google Maps
If both apps are installed, the app asks each time. With only one, it opens that one directly.
Prices and hours
Tariffs and hours are copied from the operators' pages and dated in the app. They can change; please check on site.
A problem with a car park
Basel Parking Live is not run by the car park operators. For a barrier, ticket or payment problem, contact the operator on site.
